From Kabul to Hicksville
The history of Asa’Mai Mandir is a journey of unwavering faith. From the ancient Koh-i-Asamai in Kabul, where the goddess of hope has been worshipped for centuries, to our sacred home in Hicksville, the light of devotion remains eternal. Our community carried the Akhand Jyoti—the eternal flame—across continents to preserve our heritage and Hindu dharma for the generations to come.
